● Registration opening date: Friday, January 8th, 2016.
● Registration closing date: Friday, July 1st, 2016.
● Move in / Arrival to Lima: Between Monday, July 18 and Thursday, July 21st, 2016.
● Flight to Cusco / Acclimatization & High-altitud adaptation in Cusco: Thursday, July 21st, 2016.
● First part: From Friday, July 22nd to Sunday, July 31st, 2016 in Urubamba province, Cusco.
● Flight from Cusco to Lima & Bus travel from Lima to Oxapampa: Sunday, July 31st, 2016.
● Second part: From Monday, August 1st to Sunday, August 8th, 2016.
● Bus travel from Oxapampa to Lima: Monday, August 9th, 2016.
● Departure from Lima / Coming home: Between Monday, August 9th and Friday, August 12th, 2016.

*The event participation fee includes the following costs.
● Bivoac plan and programme.
● Ecolodge accommodation (both first and last day in Urubamba and Oxapampa)
● Round-trip flight ticket in LAN Airlines economy class LIM-CUS-LIM.
● Round-trip bus travel in Oxabuss LIM-OXA-LIM.
